Mathis earned Gold records for three songs included on this album: "Wonderful! Wonderful!", "It's Not For Me To Say" and "Chances Are."
Further establishing the enduring quality of Mathis' early work is the fact that two of the songs on this collection are included in the Grammy Hall of Fame, a special Grammy award established in 1973 to honor recordings that are at least twenty-five years old at the time of being honoured and that have "qualitative or historical significance."[4] Those songs are "Chances Are" inducted 1998, and "It's Not For Me To Say" inducted 2008.
